Birth to Five Years Community health Partnership

This is a new partnership in Surrey putting families at the heart of improvements for community health services for 0–5-year-olds. Local families are invited to talk about their experiences of health visiting and therapies services, as well as working with staff to co-produce community health services.

This Partnership is chaired by eight independent representatives (known as Lay Chairs) across the four key health visiting areas of Surrey. They work closely with the Community Services Managers in their local area to map services and agree a focus for their initial conversations with families. They also reach out to families in their local communities at baby and toddler groups, family centres and other local settings to listen to their experiences.

By creating the Partnerships, we are giving families in Surrey a continuous voice in health service improvements and developments. You can find out more here or to get involved, please contact
